The following terms and conditions apply to the use the the GIL Library Hub's Community Room. 

• The community room is available for bookings on a daily basis only.  No half-day bookings.
• This room has no external access, so is only available during the GIL Library Hub business hours- Monday to Friday:  9am -5pm and Saturday: 9am-12noon
• Please request a booking by contacting the GIL Library Hub library@gilgandra.nsw.gov.au or online
• Please note that you will be contacted by GIL Library staff to confirm your booking.  If you have not been contacted, your booking is not confirmed.
• If you have a confirmed booking and are unable to attend, please contact the GIL Library Hub by emailing library@gilgandra.nsw.gov.au or via your confirmation email to cancel your booking.  Repeated no-shows may not be permitted to book again.
• The facility is to be used only for the time and purpose specified.
• Hirers are required to familiarise themselves with evacuation plans (displayed at various locations throughout the GIL Library Hub) and location of fire extinguishers/hose reel/emergency exits in the event of an incident or emergency.
• All exits are to be kept clear at all times.
• Smoking in the building is prohibited.
• The room is to be left in a clean and tidy condition after use.
• The hirer will be responsible for the cost of any damages to any part of the building, furniture or fittings.
• Council officers reserve the right of entry at any time to ensure compliance with the regulations.
• Council, its officers and venues will not be responsible or liable in the case of loss or damage of personal property of persons using the premises.
